My Very Big Adventure

Eric grew up in an environment that encouraged physical activity and balanced nutrition, so it was natural for him to choose a career (or did the career choose him) involved with fitness. In his mid-twenties, he struggled with being 50 lbs. overweight and having an eating disorder – his personal experiences further fueled his passion for helping others with weight and fitness issues.

From its beginnings as a day program, his boot camp developed into a live-in fitness retreat after Eric realized that in order for his clients to have long-term success, they needed to immerse themselves in an environment that would support the lifestyle changes that they needed to make. By providing a positive, supportive environment, along with the necessary tools for weight management, his clients could have extraordinary success.From his personal experiences, he also learned that the mental aspect of weight loss and lifelong fitness is the most important piece. In his program he teaches clients how to manage themselves in a whole new way. He covers topics such as internal dialogue and self-motivation – his wish is that you leave the program fully adopting these practices.
